Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies so you are prepared for your service at Sugar Sugar™. Our promise is to provide you a professional, premium service experience provided by our above & beyond Sugarists. Our goal is to earn your business and your loyalty. We appreciate you, your time and your business. Thank you for respecting our policies and the following guidelines.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible.  Please NOTE: Our system records all same day cancellations and after 3 occurrences clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding.

Children

Children who are unable to sit unattended in the retail lounge must stay home. We want to keep your little ones safe. Tweezers, steamers & hot towel caddies are not suitable for kiddos.

Pets

We love all pets. However, we kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.

Guests

Due to limited space in our treatment rooms, we kindly asks guests to sit on our comfy couches, explore our retail wall and relax... you deserve it.

Minors

Young adults 15 and under my have an adult/ guardian present in the treatment room while services are being performed.

Product Refunds

Our Skin From Scratch™ skincare line is vegan and all natural. All used product(s) upon return will be thrown away. Therefore, at this time we cannot accept open/ used product returns. However, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days beyond the day of purchase. If a product is damaged or defective please call your location immediately or email us at book@mysugarsugar.com .

Service Refunds

We want you to love your results & we value your happiness. We dedicate our time, expertise & supplies to creating the final result you will be proud to show off & share with others. We offer a two day touch up on any and all services from the original date of service. Please call or email us immediately. Our goal is to earn your business, trust & loyalty.

New Client Incentives

We LOVE new faces...and thank you for choosing us! Please know any new client incentives/ discounts will be sugbect to the following rules. One new client discount per person.  New client incentives/ promos ONLY apply to new clients. Promotions may not be combined with any other discounts.  Nor may they be used towards memberships or series. No cash redemption. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for service(s) & product(s) only. Not gratuity. They never expire, and are not redeemable for cash. Please keep track of your GC, we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Etiquette

Rude or lewd behavior will not be tolerated. Please be sweet & courteous to our other guests and staff (they work hard). Anyone not adhering to our culture & policies will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to serve anyone.
