Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. Please NOTE: Our system records all same day cancellations and after 3 occurrences clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding.
Children who are unable to sit unattended in the retail lounge must stay home. We want to keep your little ones safe. Tweezers, steamers & hot towel caddies are not suitable for kiddos.
We love all pets. However, we kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.
Due to limited space in our treatment rooms, we kindly asks guests to sit on our comfy couches, explore our retail wall and relax... you deserve it.
Young adults 15 and under my have an adult/ guardian present in the treatment room while services are being performed.
Our Skin From Scratch™ skincare line is vegan and all natural. All used product(s) upon return will be thrown away. Therefore, at this time we cannot accept open/ used product returns. However, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days beyond the day of purchase. If a product is damaged or defective please call your location immediately or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
