Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies so you are prepared for your service at Sugar Sugar™. Our promise is to provide you a professional, premium service experience provided by our above & beyond Sugarists. Our goal is to earn your business and your loyalty. We appreciate you, your time and your business. Thank you for respecting our policies and the following guidelines.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible.  Please NOTE: Our system records all same day cancellations and after 3 occurrences clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding.

Children

Children who are unable to sit unattended in the retail lounge must stay home. We want to keep your little ones safe. Tweezers, steamers & hot towel caddies are not suitable for kiddos.

Pets

We love all pets. However, we kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.

Guests

Due to limited space in our treatment rooms, we kindly asks guests to sit on our comfy couches, explore our retail wall and relax... you deserve it.

Minors

Young adults 15 and under my have an adult/ guardian present in the treatment room while services are being performed.

Product Refunds

Our Skin From Scratch™ skincare line is vegan and all natural. All used product(s) upon return will be thrown away. Therefore, at this time we cannot accept open/ used product returns. However, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days beyond the day of purchase. If a product is damaged or defective please call your location immediately or email us at book@mysugarsugar.com .

Service Refunds

We want you to love your results & we value your happiness. We dedicate our time, expertise & supplies to creating the final result you will be proud to show off & share with others. We offer a two day touch up on any and all services from the original date of service. Please call or email us immediately. Our goal is to earn your business, trust & loyalty.

New Client Incentives

We LOVE new faces...and thank you for choosing us! Please know any new client incentives/ discounts will be sugbect to the following rules. One new client discount per person.  New client incentives/ promos ONLY apply to new clients. Promotions may not be combined with any other discounts.  Nor may they be used towards memberships or series. No cash redemption. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for service(s) & product(s) only. Not gratuity. They never expire, and are not redeemable for cash. Please keep track of your GC, we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Etiquette

Rude or lewd behavior will not be tolerated. Please be sweet & courteous to our other guests and staff (they work hard). Anyone not adhering to our culture & policies will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to serve anyone.

SUGAR SUGAR LOYALTY PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: November 1, 2024

These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of the Sugar Sugar Loyalty Program (the “Loyalty Program”). The Terms contain important information about your rights and obligations. By participating in the Loyalty Program, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling or terminate your membership by contacting us.  Our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of our website, and any other applicable guidelines or rules are incorporated into these Terms as if fully set forth herein. If there is a conflict between these Terms and other applicable terms, these Terms will control. Capitalized terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use unless otherwise defined herein.

OVERVIEW OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

The Sugar Sugar Loyalty Program is sponsored by Sugar Sugar, Franchise Systems LLC. (“Sugar Sugar,” “we,” or “us”). As a participant in the Loyalty Program (each a “Member” or “you”), you can earn loyalty points ("Points") through qualifying purchases of Sugar Sugar services and products or by completing other designated activities. Points can be redeemed for rewards, which may include services, discounts, or other benefits (collectively, "Rewards"). Participation in the Loyalty Program is voluntary. You do not need to enroll in the Loyalty Program to purchase products or services from Sugar Sugar. Membership is non-transferable and subject to these Terms. Sugar Sugar reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program or these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically to ensure you are informed of any updates. Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes. MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 16 years old and legal residents of the United States. Individuals under 16 or residing outside of the United States may not participate. Only individuals acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity may participate; businesses, resellers, or groups are excluded. Sugar Sugar reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the Loyalty Program.

Account Creation: You can enroll in the Loyalty Program by creating an account on our website, www.mysugarsugar.com (the “Website”), or by using the Sugar Sugar App. To enroll, you will need to provide your email address, name, and birthday, and create a password. Accounts are limited to one per individual and email address. Prohibited Persons: Membership is void where prohibited by law and not available to individuals on any U.S. government restricted list or residing in embargoed countries.

EARNING POINTS

Qualifying Activities: Members can earn Points through qualifying purchases made at Sugar Sugar locations or online at www.mysugarsugar.com. To earn Points for a purchase, Members must be logged into their Loyalty Program account at the time of purchase. Points may also be earned through other activities, such as promotional events or referrals, as described on the Loyalty Program page of our Website or App. Non-Qualifying Purchases: The following purchases do not qualify for Points: taxes, tips, shipping charges, employee discounts, gift card purchases, charitable donations, refunds, returns, or merchandise credits.

Receipt Verification: Members making purchases through third-party retailers may need to upload receipts for verification to earn Points. Sugar Sugar is not liable for lost, illegible, or unverified receipts. Point Limit: Members may not earn more than 20,000 Points per calendar month through qualifying purchases.

REDEEMING POINTS

Points can be redeemed for Rewards, including Sugar Sugar services, products, or discounts, as available. Rewards may be subject to expiration or availability, as indicated on the Loyalty Program page. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Rewards may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified. Points used to redeem a Reward will be deducted from the total Points available in your account. Once redeemed, Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for Points.

LOYALTY PROGRAM TIERS

Members may be eligible for different Loyalty Program tiers based on the number of Points earned. Each tier may offer different benefits, which may change periodically. For more details on the tiers, visit the Loyalty Program section on our Website or App.

ACCOUNT INACTIVITY AND EXPIRATION

If a Member's account shows no activity for 12 months, all accrued Points will expire. Activity is defined as logging into the account, making a purchase, earning Points, or redeeming Rewards. Sugar Sugar will notify Members 30 days prior to Point expiration where required by law.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Sugar Sugar reserves the right to deactivate or terminate a Member’s Loyalty Program account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these

Terms. Members may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting operations@mysugarsugar.com. Upon termination, all Points and Rewards will be forfeited.

COMMUNICATIONS

Members will receive operational messages related to their Loyalty Program account, such as account updates and Rewards notifications. These messages are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of without terminating your Loyalty Program account.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM

Sugar Sugar may modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice, provided that Sugar Sugar will notify Members 30 days in advance of material changes. If the Loyalty Program is terminated, Members will have 30 days to redeem any accrued Points.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Sugar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Loyalty Program. Sugar Sugar is not responsible for lost or delayed communications or Rewards due to inaccurate contact information.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

The Loyalty Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Loyalty Program shall be resolved through arbitration as set forth in the Terms of Use on our Website.

FINAL NOTES

Points do not constitute property and cannot be transferred, gifted, or inherited. Sugar Sugar reserves the right to seek legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Loyalty Program.
