Please take a moment to review our policies so you are prepared for your service at Sugar Sugar™. Our promise is to provide you a professional, premium service experience provided by our above & beyond Sugarists. Our goal is to earn your business and your loyalty. We appreciate you, your time and your business. Thank you for respecting our policies and the following guidelines.

Cancellations

Effective April 1, 2026
Appointments are reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.  Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a 40% fee of the scheduled services, as these time slots are often unable to be filled at the last minute. Repeat occurrences may result in the full service amount being charged. If you call after hours, please leave a voicemail. We return all messages as soon as we’re back in.  Last-minute changes leave our estheticians without the opportunity to fill that time, directly impacting their livelihood and our ability to operate as a business.  We always strive to work with our clients, and rebooking is appreciated. We kindly ask that you respect our team’s time, just as we respect yours when holding space on our books.

Children

Children who are unable to sit unattended in the retail lounge must stay home. We want to keep your little ones safe. Tweezers, steamers & hot towel caddies are not suitable for kiddos.

Pets

We love all pets. However, we kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.

Guests

Due to limited space in our treatment rooms, we kindly asks guests to sit on our comfy couches, explore our retail wall and relax... you deserve it.

Minors

Young adults 15 and under my have an adult/ guardian present in the treatment room while services are being performed.

Product Refunds

Our Skin From Scratch™ skincare line is vegan and all natural. All used product(s) upon return will be thrown away. Therefore, at this time we cannot accept open/ used product returns. However, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days beyond the day of purchase. If a product is damaged or defective please call your location immediately or email us at book@mysugarsugar.com .

Service Refunds

We want you to love your results & we value your happiness. We dedicate our time, expertise & supplies to creating the final result you will be proud to show off & share with others. We offer a two day touch up on any and all services from the original date of service. Please call or email us immediately. Our goal is to earn your business, trust & loyalty.

New Client Incentives

We love welcoming new faces...thank you for choosing us!

Please note: New client offers are limited to one per person and are valid for first-time clients only. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts and do not apply to memberships or series. No cash value.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be used toward services and products only and cannot be applied to gratuity. They never expire and have no cash value. Please keep track of your certificate, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Etiquette

We’re committed to creating a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone. Please be courteous to our guests and team. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not aligning with our standards.

Terms & Conditions
Effective November 1, 2024

Welcome to the Sugar Sugar Loyalty Program. These Terms & Conditions outline how the program works and your rights as a member.By enrolling in or participating in the   Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or contact us to cancel your membership.  Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use, and any other applicable policies, which are incorporated here by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will govern. Capitalized terms used here have the same meanings as defined in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise stated.

 

OVERVIEW 

The Sugar Sugar™ Loyalty Program is offered by Sugar Sugar Franchise Systems LLC (“Sugar Sugar,” “we,” or “us”).  As a Loyalty Program member (“Member” or “you”), you may earn points (“Points”) through qualifying purchases of services and products, as well as other designated activities. Points may be redeemed for rewards, including services, discounts, or other benefits (“Rewards”).  Participation in the Loyalty Program is completely optional and is not required to purchase services or products. Membership is non-transferable and subject to these Terms.

Sugar Sugar reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program or these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.  For questions regarding the Loyalty Program or your account, please contact us at book@mysugarsugar.com.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are at least 16 years old and legal residents of the United States. Individuals under 16 or residing outside of the U.S. are not eligible to participate. Minors who wish to have a memebership, must have the permission of an adult.

Membership is limited to individuals for personal, non-commercial use. Businesses, resellers, and groups are not eligible. Sugar Sugar reserves the right to limit participation in the Loyalty Program at its discretion.

Account Creation
You may enroll in the Loyalty Program by creating an account on our website (www.mysugarsugar.com) or through the Sugar Sugar app. To register, you’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, birthday, and create a password.

Accounts are limited to one per individual and per email address.

Restrictions
Membership is void where prohibited by law and is not available to individuals on any U.S. government restricted list or residing in embargoed countries.

 

EARNING POINTS
Members can earn Points on qualifying purchases made at Sugar Sugar locations or online at www.mysugarsugar.com. To receive Points, you must be logged into your Loyalty Program account at the time of purchase.

Additional Points may be earned through select activities, such as promotions or referrals, as outlined on our website or app.

Non-Qualifying Purchases
Points are not earned on taxes, gratuity, shipping fees, employee discounts, gift card purchases, charitable donations, refunds, returns, or merchandise credits.

Receipt Verification
For purchases made through third-party retailers, receipt submission may be required to receive Points. Sugar Sugar is not responsible for lost, illegible, or unverified receipts.

Point Limits
Members may earn up to 20,000 Points per calendar month through qualifying purchases.

 

REDEEMING POINTS

Points may be redeemed for available rewards, including Sugar Sugar services, products, or discounts. Reward availability and any expiration details will be outlined on the Loyalty Program page.  Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Rewards may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Once Points are redeemed, they will be deducted from your account balance. Redeemed Rewards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for Points.

LOYALTY PROGRAM TIERS

Members may qualify for different Loyalty Program tiers based on Points earned. Each tier offers its own set of benefits, which may change from time to time.

ACCOUNT INACTIVITY AND EXPIRATION

If a Member’s account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, all accrued Points will expire. Account activity includes logging in, making a purchase, earning Points, or redeeming Rewards.

Where required by law, Sugar Sugar will provide notice at least 31 days prior to Point expiration.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Sugar Sugar reserves the right to deactivate or terminate a Member’s Loyalty Program account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these

Terms. Members may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting book@mysugarsugar.com. Upon termination, all Points and Rewards will be forfeited.

COMMUNICATIONS

Members will receive operational messages related to their Loyalty Program account, such as account updates and Rewards notifications. These messages are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of without terminating your Loyalty Program account.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM

Sugar Sugar may modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice, provided that Sugar Sugar will notify Members 31 days in advance of material changes. If the Loyalty Program is terminated, Members will have 31 days to redeem any accrued Points.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Sugar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Loyalty Program. Sugar Sugar is not responsible for lost or delayed communications or Rewards due to inaccurate contact information.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

The Loyalty Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Loyalty Program shall be resolved through arbitration as set forth in the Terms of Use on our Website.

FINAL NOTES

Points do not constitute property and cannot be transferred, gifted, or inherited. Sugar Sugar reserves the right to seek legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Loyalty Program.
